1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms govern the use of ZrobGrafik.pl operated by CloudKon Damian Czaja.
  2. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
  3. The Service is provided electronically under applicable Polish law.

2. Description of the Service

  1. The Service enables creating and managing employee shift schedules.
  2. The Service is provided free of charge.
  3. The Service does not require creating a user account. Access is granted through generated URLs.
  4. The Provider may introduce paid plans, limit functionality, or discontinue the Service with reasonable prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for the legality of the data entered into the Service, including employee personal data.
  2. You represent that you have an appropriate legal basis for processing personal data entered into the Service.
  3. You agree not to share URLs granting access to schedules or Service data with unauthorized persons.
  4. Schedule URLs function as access credentials and should be treated as confidential information.
  5. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. All rights to the Service belong to the Provider.
  2. Data entered by Users remains the property of Users.
  3. The Provider does not claim ownership over User content.

5. Availability and Warranties

  1. The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. The Provider may perform maintenance, updates, and temporary interruptions.
  3. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to protect data and maintain backups but cannot guarantee complete prevention of data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  2. The Provider is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by Users sharing schedule URLs with third parties.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability shall not exceed 1000 PLN.

7. Data Deletion and Termination

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time.
  2. To request deletion of data contact: support@zrobgrafik.pl.
  3. The Provider may delete inactive schedules after at least 3 months of inactivity.

8. Changes to Terms

  1. The Provider may modify these Terms.
  2. Changes will be published by updating the “Last updated” date.
  3. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. Disputes shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
  3. Before initiating legal proceedings, the Provider recommends attempting amicable resolution by email.
